In conjunction with the launch of our Vintage Menu we thought it only appropriate to create an equally nostalgic Classic Cocktail Menu. These signature drinks are available at all three of the casino bars as well as at The Flame Steakhouse.

Blood and Sand: 1930 for a Rudolph Valentino Film Premier
Jhonnie Walker Red, Luxardo Morlacco Cherry Liqueur, Cinzano Sweet Vermouth & orange juice
Stone Sour: A sour is a traditional family of drinks, the addition of orange juice to a regular Sour makes it a “Stone Sour.” First described by Jerry Thomas in his 1862 book, How to Mix Drinks
Jameson Irish Whiskey, fresh sour & orange juice
Singapore Sing: 1910-1915 Raffles Hotel by Ngian Tong
Tanqueray Gin, Luxardo Morlacco Cherry Liqueur, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, Grenadine & bitters
Gin Fizz: A Fizz is a type of mixed drink. The first printed reference to a fizz (spelled “fiz”) was in the 1887 edition of Jerry Thomas’ Bartender’s Guide
Plymouth Gin, fresh lemon juice & Simple Syrup, topped with club soda
Brandy Alexander: Supposedly created at the time of the wedding of Mary, Princess Royal and Countess of Harewood and Viscount Lascelles, in London, in 1922

Daiquiri: Invented around 1900 in a bar named Venus In Santiago

Aviation: Around 1916, created by Hugo Ensslin, head bartender at the Hotel Wallick in New York

Old Fashion: The first alleged use of the specific name “Old Fashioned” was for a Bourbon whiskey cocktail in the 1880s, at the Pendennis Club, a gentlemen’s club in Louisville, Kentucky
